Naturally Northwest — named after the mountain pass that serves as the gateway to Washington wine country, Snoqualmie wines reflect the balance and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. As part of our longtime commitment to maintaining the natural quality of the Northwest, we take pride in using farming practices that will support and maintain the long-term health of the soil, vines and surrounding landscapes, ensuring they will continue to provide for future generations.Press & Trade Download History PDF
Snoqualmie wines are pure expressions of the vineyards in which they were grown – fresh, clean and natural with bright flavors and the rich purity of the Columbia Valley. Our dedication to the environment is demonstrated locally and globally; through the use of lightweight glass we are able to reduce our carbon emissions by 13%, and all Snoqualmie corks and labels are certified sustainable by the Rainforest Alliance and the FSC.
Joy Andersen is a true pioneer of the modern-day Washington wine industry. More than 25 years ago, when Joy began her career, there were only 24 winemakers in Washington state and even fewer women in the winemaking industry. Today, the state boasts over 690 wineries and Joy leads the way as head winemaker of Snoqualmie Vineyards. Under her leadership, Snoqualmie’s reputation for releasing approachable, sustainable and food-friendly wines has been recognized across the country by critics and consumers alike.Download Full Bio
